Rawcode.cc provides online tools, source code, WAF bypass API services, and residential proxy services. All services are provided "as is" and are intended for educational purposes, authorized security testing, and legitimate research only.

All payments are processed in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, SOL). Payments are final and non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain. We are not responsible for any cryptocurrency price fluctuations between the time an order is created and when payment is confirmed. Orders expire after 60 minutes if payment is not received.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL RAWCODE.CC, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rawcode.cc, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these ToS.
We collect minimal information necessary to provide the Service. Your email address, IP address (for fraud prevention), and transaction data are stored securely. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Refer to our data handling practices as described during registration.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these ToS, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the Service. Upon termination, your access to all paid features will be revoked without refund.
Residential proxy services are provided with the understanding that you will use them in compliance with all applicable laws. Bandwidth limits apply as specified in your chosen plan. We are not responsible for any content accessed through the proxy service. Proxy credentials are unique to your account and must not be shared.
These ToS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these ToS or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
